Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lifecentora's services, including our website and life coaching services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access our services.

Service Commitment and Payment

Service commitment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and must be paid in advance. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Service fees include all necessary coaching materials and resources, unless otherwise specified.

Terms of Usage

Our life coaching services are provided for personal development and guidance purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date coaching methodologies, our services do not constitute professional therapy or medical advice. For complex personal issues, we recommend consulting qualified mental health professionals.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse services to any client whose requirements are outside our expertise or capabilities. We may also refuse services if client requirements are unreasonable or outside the agreed scope of work.

Refund Policy

Service cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled session date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the session date receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the session date. In exceptional circumstances, you may transfer your session to another date or delegate to another person.

Service Delivery

We strive to provide high-quality life coaching services. All services are delivered by qualified coaches with extensive experience in personal development. We reserve the right to modify content, schedules, or coaching staff to maintain or improve service quality.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, templates, and resources provided as part of our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Client Conduct

Clients are required to provide accurate information and cooperate with our service delivery process. We reserve the right to terminate services for any client whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or who provides false information.

Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Lifecentora is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of our services. Our services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our life coaching services. If you are not satisfied with the content or delivery of the service, please submit your concerns in writing within 7 days of service completion. We will work to address your concerns through additional support or other appropriate measures.

Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
